This was the last message I received yesterday early in the morning from my "rep" who refuses to return my call. This problem surfaced early last week. They verbally explained that the process is not reversible. They have a work around coming but no date when that will be available. I'm thinking it is time to research how much of a undertaking it is going to be to move all of this to MS and cancel all GD services.
